Gdansk in ruins following the ravages of WWII.
Gdansk today...restored to its former glory.  Lynn and I had visited Gdansk in 2003 while on a Baltic cruise.   That trip and the additon of a Polish Culinary Vacation were what inticed us to return to this spectacular area along the Baltic Sea.
Gdansk is like a fairytale...a city dating back centuries...ravaged by war...rebuilt to its original grandeur!
Gdansk boasts culinary adventures along the Baltic as well as quaint shops selling amber and  taking  trips on sightseeing boats
This war torn building is one of the only reminders of Gdansk's past.
