This monument outside of Tempelhof airport is dedicated to Berlin's people, and the US, British and French forces from WW II.
Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedachtniskirche - Built in the 1890s and left in its' bombed out state after WW II as a reminder of war.
This huge edifice is not an office building. It is a War memorial next to the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedachtniskirche.
